COVID 19, we’ve all been dealing with it for a year or more now. For DCMS, the crisis meant we would have to sharpen our pencils to ensure our clients needs were still met despite the pandemic. We had just begun one of our largest project of last year when life was in quarantine mode – so what did we do? We increased our communication with the clients and subcontractors. We re-examined each of the five phases of the project to determine the best path forward. We dedicated more time to developing schedules that would allow for longer lead times without missing milestone dates. We kept our focus on the safest, most efficient way to meet our goals. And here’s how we did:
