Our top priority at DCMS is our always keeping customers happy. Take for example our latest endeavor… we have an office refresh, straight forward – right? Well, yes and no. Employees have to request to work from home while we work in their offices and we can only work on a few offices at a time. Our solution – bringing our best crews and creating an extremely detailed schedule so our client knows what to expect & when. We are leveraging our Project Management Software to ensure we stay on schedule and provide timely updates to keep our customers in the know.
